- Safix Technologies LLC : Registered in Delaware, USA, and is the owner of Safix's intellectual property and brand. Safix Technologies LLC is the primary data controller.
- Safix Technologies OÜ : Registered in Estonia and is a subsidiary responsible for Safix's operations in the European Union (EU). Safix Technologies OÜ acts as the GDPR representative and Digital Services Act (DSA) contact point for EU users

- Account Data : First name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, payment information (e.g., credit card details, which are processed by third-party payment systems and not stored directly by us).
- Profile Data : Profile picture, preferences (e.g., preferred service type), quick access addresses
- Vehicle Data : Information about vehicles you add to the platform, including make, model, license plate number, year of manufacture, color, and other characteristics necessary for identification and service provision.
- Communications : Messages sent through the platform (e.g., chat with a driver), feedback, ratings, support messages.
- Service-Related Data : Information about orders, trips, deliveries (time, pick-up/destination location, order details).
- Information we collect automatically when you use the platform :
- Location Data : Precise or approximate location data of your device, collected to enable service operation (e.g., to find the nearest driver, track a trip). Location data collection may occur when the app is active, and, with your consent, when the app is running in the background.
- Usage Data : Information about how you interact with the platform, including access dates and times, app features, pages viewed, app crashes, click information, scrolling, viewing time, and other system activity
- Device Data : Information about your mobile device, such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (e.g., advertising identifiers), language, mobile network name, device motion data
- Log Data : IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, date/time stamps

- With Third-Party Service Providers: We partner with third-party companies and individuals who provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, marketing, identity verification, and customer support. These providers have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
- In Case of Change of Ownership: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
